House rules

1. 1. Respect the space

   Treat the studio, gear, and neighbors with care. No smoking or vaping indoors. No illegal substances on the property.

2. 2. Gear

   Do not move, unplug, open, or modify studio equipment without an engineer's approval. Report anything that stops working right away.

3. 3. Food and drink

   Water only near the console and computers. Other drinks and food stay in the lounge area.

4. 4. Guests

   Stay within the guest limit for your room, including the artist. Guests are your responsibility for the whole session.

5. 5. Time

   Your session ends at the booked time. Arrive on time. Late arrivals do not extend the session. Extra time depends on the next booking.

6. 6. Cleaning

   Leave the room as you found it: trash out, cups and cables put back. A cleaning fee may apply if the room is left dirty.

7. 7. Files

   Bring a drive or use AirDrop. Session computers are wiped every 30 days.

8. 8. Payments

   All session payments are made to Vision X Studios only. Do not pay engineers directly.

9. 9. Cancellations

   Contact management at least six hours before your session to reschedule. Requests inside six hours are not eligible for a refund or guaranteed reschedule unless Vision X is responsible for the issue.

Liability release

By checking the box when you book, you agree to the following:

• I understand that using a recording studio involves risks, including loud sound levels, electrical equipment, cables and stands, and physical activity in a shared space.
• I voluntarily accept these risks and release Vision X Studios, its owners, employees, and engineers from claims for injury, hearing damage, or loss of personal property, except where caused by their gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• I am responsible for any damage to studio property caused by me or my guests, beyond normal wear. I agree that Vision X Studios may charge the card I used at checkout for cleaning or damage fees, but only after studio review.
• I am responsible for the conduct of my guests, and I will make sure they follow these House Rules.
• I confirm I am 18 or older, or I have a parent or guardian's permission to book.
• I will not record, upload, or distribute content that I do not have the right to use.
